As I was doing some follow-up research on Ulster County for a story I’m writing, I happened to come across this family-friendly resort–the Rocking Horse Ranch–in Highland, NY, just 20 minutes from New Paltz. What do your think? Would your family be interested in an all-inclusive destination like this? I’m not usually a fan of all-inclusive properties, but I like the adventure angle here and there are some pretty good specials for the spring.
