Last week, I spent a few days at Kinderhook Farm in Ghent, NY, with my mom, Baby E, my best friend, her mom, and her daughter. Although it rained intermittently while we were there, we had a wonderful time relaxing in our private barn, strolling through the grassy fields, collecting eggs from the hen house, waking up to the sounds of roosters and sheep, hanging out with Louie the dog, and checking out the garden. You can read the full review I wrote about Kinderhook (and other farm stays) for Gourmet Live (and in the previous post). In the meantime, here are some photos.

Gorgeous photos! Feel like I was right there on the farm. Maybe a little rain, but look how green it makes the grass! Glad you were able to experience your own farm stay.
