Cool hats are hard to find, but they’re a necessity in this season’s hot sun for both kids and parents. Last weekend, I bought this straw fedora from Christy’s Crown Series, which I especially like because it’s packable, making it great for the city and the beach. While I’d love to put Baby E in something similar, like the darn cute cowboy hat from Old Navy, she’ll be heading to the playground in something slightly more practical: this wide-brimmed, washable, reversible hat from iPlay, complete with with UV protection.
